We offer three different types of apartments, each thoughtfully designed to meet your needs — details follow below.
Superior Suite Apartment
Suitable for 2 adults and one child
You will stay in a freshly renovated apartment of around 50 m². The entrance area offers a wardrobe and leads into the modern bathroom with plenty of storage space, a hairdryer, and a walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer.
In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a dining corner, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, eye-level oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and stylish tableware. The separate bedroom has a king-size double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The large south-facing terrace, measuring 9 to 14 m², offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Dolomites and is furnished with a modern dining area and sunshade. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. A television with standard channels as well as free access to Netflix and YouTube is also available.
The property includes a newly renovated wellness area, an outdoor pool in summer, and a washing machine for general use. One free parking space per apartment is located directly in front of the house.
The location is ideal. You are only a few minutes away from Lienz. The Zetterfeldt ski station is 900 m away – perfect for families. In addition, you can reach five other ski resorts in the area, including the impressive Super Ski Dolomiti in Italy in about 35 minutes. Kals/Matrei is also a wonderful ski area for winter sports enthusiasts.
Comfort Family Apartment
Suitable for 4 to 6 adults or children, approx. 60 m²
You will stay in a freshly renovated, spacious apartment with entrance hall, wardrobe, and modern bathroom. The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed, a dining corner, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
In the bedroom you will find a king-size double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an additional bunk bed – ideal for families or groups. The large south-facing terrace of 14 m² provides an unobstructed panoramic view of the Dolomites and is furnished with a modern dining area and sunshade.
A television with TV channels, Netflix, and YouTube is also included. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided. The wellness area has been newly renovated, and in summer an outdoor pool is available. A washing machine is available for general use. One free parking space per apartment is reserved directly in front of the house.
The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Lienz and 900 meters from the family-friendly Zetterfeldt ski station. Other ski resorts such as Super Ski Dolomiti or Kals/Matrei can be reached quickly.
Superior Family Apartment
All features available in the Comfort Family Apartments are also included in the Superior Family Apartments. In addition, the Superior Apartments offer even more comfort and a greater sense of well-being. These apartments also feature a rain shower: the larger, walk-in shower cabin provides a pleasant, spacious atmosphere and a particularly relaxing shower experience.
