General Terms and Conditions

We conclude contracts in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006). Place of jurisdiction: Lienz.

The following deviations apply:

3.3 The contracting party is obliged to pay the downpayment no later than 7 days after receiving the accommodation contract.

4.3 The rented rooms must be vacated by the contracting party on the day of departure by 9:00 a.m. Upon request, a later time may be agreed if possible.

8.4 Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, throughout the building, or on the balconies. Smoking is only allowed in the garden. A fine of €300 will be imposed if traces of smoking are found in the apartment or any part of the building.

13.1 Bringing animals into the accommodation is not permitted unless previously agreed with us.

Articles 13.2 to 13.5 have been deleted.
